Frequently Asked Questions
How do static and dynamic sites differ?
Static sites are fixed HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files served as-is. They do not require server-side processing during runtime and are generally simpler and faster.
Dynamic sites generate content in real-time using server-side scripting and software. They use a CMS (content management system) – in our case, we use WordPress for easy updates.

Can I update my website?
If you would like the ability to update your website, yourself then we recommend a dynamic site, which is powered by a CMS, in our case WordPress.
Our Basic, Plus & Premium plans include “30 Minute Tasks”. These include done-for-you website edits and content changes, however exclude adding new functionality or page templates.
What customer support do you offer?
Our plans include a combination of email support, scheduled chat support and scheduled phone/video call support. Simply email or WhatsApp us and our team will be happy to help.
What does ⚙️ Software Updates include?
These apply to our dynamic website management plans, refer to WordPress and include a site review as well as core, plugin & theme updates. This does not include content updates or changes. These can be included as part of our “30 Minute Tasks” or quoted separately.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30-day full refund guarantee. If after 30 days you are not happy with our service, we’ll provide you with a full refund.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Your plan can easily be upgraded anytime and downgraded at the end of any billing cycle. Simply reach out and our team will be happy to help.
Can I cancel my plan & move my website?
You are free to cancel and move your website anytime if and when the need arises.
How does your billing work?
All plans are billed annually or quarterly. When paying annually you save 10%. We use secure payment processing via PayPal, PayFast or EFT.
Do you offer CPanel access?
No, our hosting solution does not use CPanel. We managed your account on your behalf.
Do you offer SFTP access?
We manage your account on your behalf, but if needed, we can provide SFTP access details.
Can I add/edit email accounts?
No, we manage your mailboxes on your behalf. To request changes, please email or WhatsApp us and our team will be happy to help.
