Website Hosting & Maintenance Services
Website hosting, maintenance, and monthly support services provided by Posmay Media are subscription-based services. You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice.
Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused time.
Domain registration fees, third-party software licenses, and hosting setup fees are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
Website Design & Development Services
For website design, development, and other custom digital services, refunds may be requested before work has commenced.
Once project work has started, deposits and payments made are generally non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated to the project. Refund requests after work has commenced are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a project is paused or delayed by the client for more than 30 days, Posmay Media reserves the right to reschedule the project timeline and invoice for work completed to date.
Digital Marketing & Advertising Services
For services such as email marketing, Google Ads management, SEO, AI Search Visibility optimisation, social media management, and consulting services, refunds are not provided for work already completed or advertising spend already incurred.
Clients remain responsible for any third-party advertising costs, platform fees, or subscription charges associated with their campaigns.
Monthly marketing services may be cancelled with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Pre-Paid Support Hours
Pre-paid support and maintenance hours are allocated and reserved in advance each month to ensure availability and priority support. As a result, pre-paid support hours are non-refundable and unused hours do not carry over into the following month unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Any additional support hours beyond the allocated monthly amount may be billed separately at the standard hourly rate.
Consulting & Strategy Sessions
Consulting calls and strategy sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
Unused prepaid consulting sessions may be refunded at the discretion of Posmay Media.
Website Audits & Digital Products
Website audits, downloadable resources, templates, reports, and digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
If you experience an issue accessing or receiving your purchased files or reports, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Posmay Media with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
