5. Direct Marketing
We respect your right to control whether you receive marketing communications from us.
Where required by applicable law, including POPIA, we will obtain your consent before sending direct marketing communications by electronic means.
Our marketing emails will identify Posmay Media as the sender and provide a straightforward way to unsubscribe.
You may withdraw your consent or opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.
We will not make continued receipt of marketing communications a condition of purchasing a product or service where applicable law prohibits us from doing so.

- Website security and performance services;
- Payment and transaction services, where applicable;
- Accounting and administrative services;
- Analytics and technology services; and
- Other services necessary to operate our business and provide our products or services.
Where a service provider processes personal information on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate confidentiality, security and data-protection measures are in place.
These service providers are not permitted to use your personal information for their own unrelated marketing purposes on our behalf.
We may also disclose personal information where required or permitted by law, including where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, court order, lawful regulatory request, or to protect our legal rights, property or security.
