What is WordPress maintenance?
For those not familiar with the term WordPress Maintenance, it refers to the technical aspects of keeping a WordPress site updated, backed up and secure. Hosting plans generally, do not include WordPress maintenance. The service is often sold as a separate add-on.
What are the options & why is it important?
Some customers take care of their own maintenance while others may not be aware of its importance. Neglecting WordPress Maintenance is generally not recommended as it can leave your site vulnerable to being hacked. And not having up to date cloud backups can be costly if and when they are needed.
In the past we’ve been taking care of our clients WordPress Maintenance without selling it as an additional add-on however, this was changed on 1 June 2017.
Our revised WordPress Maintenance Plans
We’ve designed 3 Premium WordPress Maintenance Plans that you can choose from. They are Basic, Standard & Elite. All premium plans include:

The Standard and Elite plans also include development support for minor tasks and updates.
Listening To Customer Feedback
As excited as we were about launching these plans, some of our existing clients did not share this feeling. Some clients were unhappy about paying extra for something that used to be included. To address this concern, we’ve launched an additional free plan.
